Cruise Reservation Policy:

A deposit of 20% per person is required to reserve your suite. Final payment is due March 20, 2008.

Cancellation Policy:

In addition to a $50/person cancellation administrative fee. the following cancellation penalties apply:

120 to 91 days before departure - $200 per person

90 to 60 days before departure - 10%

59 to 30 days before departure - 25%

29 to 15 days departure - 50%

Less than 15 days before departure - 100%

We recommend the purchase of travel insurance.

The formal continuing education programs of this program provider are accepted by AGD for Fellowship, Mastership and membership maintenance credit. Approval does not imply acceptance by a state or provincial board of dentistry. The current term of approval extends from October 1, 2007 to October 1, 2010.
